This page explains which personal data I collect through this website, how I use it, how long I keep it, and what your rights are under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data collected through the website
The website only collects the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form. The request is emailed to the data controller via Resend and is not stored in a dedicated database on the website.
In particular, the form may send:
- Name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Message text (required)
- Phone number with international dialling code (optional)
- Project type selected from the dropdown (optional)
- Display language and light/dark theme active at the time of submission
- Indicative location derived from the site language (Milan/Milán), included in the email only to contextualise the request
Purposes of processing
Data is processed exclusively to respond to your contact request, provide a quote/estimate, and manage any pre-contractual relationship. It is not used for marketing, profiling, or newsletter purposes.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), necessary to respond to the message sent through the contact form.
Third-party services
To deliver emails, the website uses Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) as transactional email provider. Resend processes data on our behalf as data processor, based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. More information: https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
The website is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States). Technical access logs (IP, user agent, request path, status code) may be temporarily stored by Vercel solely for security and service-operation purposes. More information: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Material Symbols icons are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When they load, your browser may send technical data such as your IP address to Google. The main text fonts (Outfit, Playfair Display) are served locally from this website without Google requests for body text.
Retention period
Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any subsequent contractual relationships, and in any case for no longer than 24 months from the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
At any time you can exercise the rights granted by Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. You may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority in the EEA/UK, or with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) at https://www.garanteprivacy.it.
To exercise any of these rights, simply send a request to gpinto0910@gmail.com clearly indicating which right you would like to exercise.
Data transfer outside the EU
Some providers (Resend, Vercel) are located outside the European Economic Area. The transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, which guarantee an adequate level of protection for personal data.
Security
Data is transmitted through an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is only accessible to the data controller. No profiling activities or automated decision-making (within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR) take place.
Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated at any time, for instance to reflect regulatory changes or new services. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
This policy is provided for informational purposes and may require customization for specific use cases (e.g. activities involving broader processing). For commercial projects, having the text reviewed by a professional is recommended.
